My husband signed up for whatever service this is 01/10 and after the charge came out of our account again, in 2/10, we called and canceled it. Month after month, it came out. We called, month after month, and it still was being taken out. It got to the point where I really had to change my bank card to prevent this. RIDICULOUS!

   I’m going through the same problem! I don’t want to have to change a card number, but it’s looking like that may be the only solution. I’ve been flooding them with calls and emails that both go unanswered.
