I recieved a collections letter from this agency today...claims At&T unpaid account...funny I paid the last bill that AT&T sent me and, I have the cancelled check as proof..AT&T tried to collect twice on the final bill and I did'nt pay them but ONE time for the final..I wrote to AT&T and asked them for written documentation for date of service and they refused to provide it..instead they contacted EOS CCA of Norwell Ma., I have documentation from the new service provider with the dates and AT&T is attempting to collect what they are NOT entitled to. So, now I am willing to provide this collection agency with that info as soon as they provide me with the specific dates that AT&T is claiming UNPAID to them...People you've got to watch these assholes..some of the biggest and most well know companies are the biggest thiefs.. I am additionally contacting the Federal dept collection agencies to file my complaints..all that are being harassed by these two put a cease and desist phone communications notice in the registered mail to these assholes...when they show up on your phone line document this and report them to the federals.

after wasting over two hours shopping ..at the check line my Capital One check was denied..Walmart employees claim they have never seen a Capital One check..I tried to explain this was a check with name/info inprinted with my acct info thru my credit card..I talked to two mgrs prior to shopping and they did'nt see any problem ..however telechek..denied the check ..I called them and was informed it was Walmart's policy..nothing to do with me.. I additionally called Capital One and was informed that I had plenty of cash on the account..It should'nt have mattered if I was using the check or the actual credit card..its all the same info..since they decided to have me wait on the wall like a thief..while they conferred..I decided to let them restock their merchandise..this was just another wasted day at this store/location..having extensively travelled I have been in many Walmarts and without a doubt this is the worst store I have been in., from the store being out of products.. to the lube boys stealing my CD'S out of my car..without a doubt this is the worst store/Walmart in the state of Texas. Capital One sends these checks to their card holders I usually just trash them but decided to use them for Christmas..If you get them too...save yourself some humiliation at the Walmart check out...and go to Target instead anywhere but Walmart in Cedar Park Tx.

I bought my homeowners Insurance thru nationwide this year..they were the cheapest, and they were not cheap..about 60 days later an agent showed up at my house to a visual exterior inspection, while he did'nt say he found anything wrong...I got a bill in the mail from Nationwide increasing my policy amount by $110.00, with a little notation from them stating I should pay by the end of the month...I have'nt paid that $110.00 yet, I did'nt authorize the increase, did'nt discuss anything with their agent/executive...just got a bill..so people beware of grinning Insurance agents at your door..if you did'nt invite them out...you will get a bill ...at least from Nationwide...I'll be moving my policy when it expires...

We recently lost a family member and when making funeral arrangements we chose cook-walden our family has used them for the past 50 years..needless to say they have made a lot of cash of the family...we informed the consultant that our loved one had a policy for expenses...and not to add additional things that our 85 year old surving family member could not afford...by the time the funeral was set...cook walden managed to con...this elderly person out of another $7400... for un necessary and un-needed extras...older people when grieving a loss in death...are easy to take advantage of...and that's exactly what these ASSHOLES did...well this ends the family relationship with cook-walden and if you are considering them (Austinites) check out their feedback page...buyer beware... I am not the only one that feels this way..NEVER EVER allow your elderly family members to be conned when dealing with the company..

Due to extremely lousy service...cable consistently going out...I kicked these a-holes to curb in July..however they continued to bill me...I did pay my final bill & returned their equipment...in their box...whence they attempted to bill me an additional $15 for...I am not going to pay this...it's their equipment and I could have sent it back in my own box...I did NOT request for their box...so anyway they are trying to collect from me services for the month of July when I was not being serviced by them..and have the documentation to prove it...AT&T turned me over to Bay ?? collections more assholes...I would not advise anyone to do bundling with AT&T..their telephone service is the only utility worth a damn...skip the internet & satelittle...it's worthless..

For the past two months Capital One has NOT sent us a billing statement on our credit cards…we've had these cards for several years and have never been late this month I caught it and paid by phone last month it got past me..and I didnt realize I had'nt paid until it was late…I don't know what's going on…I'm asking them to remove any negative statements from my accts if they don't I can live with out their Credit cards…anyone else experiencing this… not recieving your statements?
