On Tuesday, 15 Feb 11 - the hot water in the Country Inns and Suites went out in the evening. The front desk could not be contacted so we went down to request what was going on. The young female on duty was in another zone talking with presumably her boyfriend. Too busy to care what was going on and clueless and careless about what was being done to resolve the problem. The next day there was still no end in sight...I had to take leave from work because I didn't want to go in without a shower. The next day the staff cared as much as the first day and suggested we start microwaving water for a bath. The microwave can barely fit more than a water glass but we tried anyway. That's when we found out the microwave was broken as well; it sat and beeped the entire time we were heating the water. We threw the water in the tub then started another bowl of water. By the time we came back the water had drained from the faulty plug. There are four of us suffering in here with no end in sight. It's Thursday afternoon (another day of missed work) and I still have no solution or anyone in this facility that cares we haven't showered since Tuesday morning. I want a resolution to this problem and I want to be reimbursed for suffering.
