INCOMPETENT AUDITORS AND EVEN MORE INCOMPETENT INSTALLERS!!! The United States Energy Efficieny Council called me (which i have uncovered to be a complete SCAM that works for National Energy Audits) and said they were in my zone doing audits. The normal price is $249 for the National Energy Audits but through them the price was $49. I said can you do superior and they instantly dropped the price to $29. SO for $29 i said sure, come on down. Well i had an auditor who i wont name and i am very sad to learn that he was suppose to do a blower door test and a combustion test. My wife was home alone for this audit and the auditor took advantage and did not perform any tests. He sold her on some solutions. It turns out they sealed off our laundry vent and this posed a HUGE hazard. I dont know why the auditor recommended this and i am more shocked that the so called carpenters the company uses would even install this application. I have learned that they have done this to many homes in Princeton, NJ. We were not the only ones. I wonder why they were kicked out of the States Rebate program. Which is why they now offer their own "NHEEP" rebate. They basically increase the price and than give it back to you in a rebate. WHAT A SCAM. I wish my wife would have waited for me to come home from my business trip to schedule the work so i could have done my homework. Well it has been several months now and I am additionally seeing absolutely no savings. I hope the company is around in 3 years so i can see if they will honor their guarantee of a refund if i dont get the savings. Since the work was done, i called in a second Energy Auditing company and it turns out that National Energy Audits uses the cheapest kind of spray foam. It is not a 2 part closed cell foam. Its the kind in 1 tank. If these guys show up to spray foam your house, make sure the tanks are a set of two going into hoses into a gun. If not, its not a 2 part closed cell foam. I could have gone to Home Depot and purchased great stuff for $3 a can and done the work myself. I am very dissapointed and I am additionally filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Please do your homework before you allow National Energy Audits into your home

My wide and I bought this item, the mocha commercial 46000 btu patio propane heater in Dec 2010. The delivery date was to be around Dec, 27th 2010, about a week and a half or so from when we purchased it. The day after we purchased the heater, the time frame for delivery was to be sometime in late January 2011. We additionally noticed that their price went up from 179.00 to 379.00. We contacted the seller via email on Ebay and he quickly called us on our home phone. He said that if we wanted our cash back, then we could get it. We said we would like to still have the heater. He said that he was going to contact the manufacturer and try to get one sooner for us. I said that was great. After this call, we left it and didnt think much about it for a a couple of weeks. We decided to go on Ebay to find out if the item had been shipped only to find out that etminds Ebay page had been changed and it now said that over ten were available and that the shipment date would be Jan. 21-27, 2011. We tried to contact the seller and he did not email us back. We waited and waited until we finally decided to pursue action via Ebay. It is now Feb. 2, 2011 and we now find out via our Ebay page that the seller wants to cancel the sale and refund us our cash. I replied back to the seller and said that we just want our heater. this company responded and said that the heater was on backorder and wouldnt be available for a while. We of course asked why his Ebay selling page for this item said that they have over 50 available for immediate shipment. This sounds like the seller wanted to cancel our heater sale because we purchased it for 179.00 and now he is selling them for 379.00. Of course etmind did not like this and instead of subsequent the rules of the contract between the buyer and seller, he cancelled the order and put our cash back into our paypal acct. By the way, we had started a complaint with Ebay and they were supposed to be looking into this matter. They said to give them 72 hours and then we would hear from them. We never did so we called them up and found out that the seller, etmind, had cancelled the order prematurely and closed the sale like it never happened. Ebay said that he has a strike opposed to him now and that if he gets another one, he will be banned from selling on Ebay. The seller, etmind, completely defrauded us and I think that Ebay additionally defrauded us because of the contract that was broken by the seller. Who can protect the people that want to use Ebay from fraudulent sellers like etmind. Something has to be done about this. We are so upset. Of course, etmind is a big time seller with Ebay, so I bet that Ebay doesnt want to cause a problem with that comany or they will lose his business. Oh by the way, when you cancel an order like etmind did, the buyer cannot make a comment on his page for others to see. It is like nothing took place and that there are no unhappy people out there. This is crazy. We need to spread the word about these sellers on Ebay. Please help.

After working all day and wanting to go grocery shopping to get something to fix for dinner the store at south ridge walmart in west virginia was crowded to the max, , there was only 1/3 of the cashiers open, the lines were backed up 40 feet or more, check out time was 45 mins to 1 hour long, , this happens every weekend this is rediculous something need to be done to get more cashiers open or for myself and others we will start going to other grocery stores, , , your help with this matter would be greatly appreciate... thank you dave payne

Claim for Damages $1451 Claim Number: FL-1202 Filed on 10/25/2010. Claim was denied based on a non-existent inspection request presumably requested in a Denial Letter by Frontline dated 12/21/2010. This is additionally in violations of NMFC 300150 and MMFC 300125-204 which require a written request for inspection of damaged freight within 30 days of delivery of damaged freight. Mr. Rick Jodzio, President of Frontline has used unethical and illegal reasons for denial of payment for freight damages. We have experienced several such incidents including the subject one. Also, we discovered that Frontline does not have a claims department or personnel that handles damage freight claims.We have evidence that the company is practicing unethical and illegal denial of compensation for documented freight damage claims. On Subject Claim we have Photographic Documentation of Severe Damage which was presented the day of delivery of the Trike which was ordered by a Handicapped Elderly person that needed it for transportation, and waited 60 days for Front Line to acknowledge the claim, in violation for a second time of NMFC rules and regulations. Did you know that it took 3 letters and numerous un answered phone calls to even get Frontline to acknowledge this claim in this case. I signed for the severely damaged Trike and have notified them of this claim on 10/25/2010. This is Not Minor Damage by no means.

I came up with $2000 and they told me 3 months on time payments and they'll lower the payments to my new income. after the 3rd month, they told me I need $7000 for past due fees. the company(?) I've never heard of (RN Superpass) has somehow gotten a hold of my email and credit card number and charged me $14.99 for supposedly watching "Huge Brother" online. First of all, I've never seen this show and I despise "reality TV". Second, I have NEVER charged ANYTHING on this card! This card only exists because it's the only way I can receive unemployment benefits and it has only been used to withdraw CASH, AND it has only been used at the bank that issued it! Calling RN Superpass was a complete waste of time since his accent conveniently got thicker with every question I questioned! How do I get my CASH back from these thieves?!

We stayed at the Krystal International Vacation Club last week at the Puerto Vallarta resort, and had an OK experience at the resort. We spend much of our time at the beach in front of the resort, mostly because we didn't know the bus system enough to venture far from the hotel. I was approached by someone selling designer purses while I was sunbathing at the Krystal beach, he had a lot of nice bags. I bought one of his Gucci bags for $100 USD – a excellent deal I thought. When I left the country, my bag started to fall apart at the seams. I took the bag to a Gucci store and the female said it was fake! Krystal should take superior care of their guests, and not allow beach vendors to sell fake items on their beach. We were scammed by someone we thought that the KIVC people had screened. I don't reckon its right that they let people buy fake goods right under the resort.

I had 2 houses foreclosed back in Aug 2002. The statute of limitations is only 7 years and should be off my credit profile. I've been trying for 1 1/2 years to get Onewest bank to respond to me and I'm being stonewalled. Yesterday, Friday, Jan 14, 2011, I filed a federal lawsuit opposed to Onewest Bank for FCRA Violations. I know there are lots of people out there who have been having issues with Onewest bank DBA Indymac bank. I need people who would be willing to step up and write me a letter outlining your 'stonewalling' experience with Onewest. I was charged $399.99, and recieved no proff my song submissions were recieved.I additionally recieved no proff from this company any of my music was submitted.Phone calls to Hilarie Naymick were not returned, nor were emails. I went to this company and found that they went their office to the rear of the building through a different doorway. An employee denied they were this company "songplacements". It is the same company with many of the same employees including Hilarie Naymick. Ben Stidham, an employee with this company offered me a refund from Hilarie Naymick's account through the account manager Shery Nazerpour at phone # 310-913-4299.No phone calls were returned by Shery Nazerpour. Hilarie Naymick started to call and leave messages after she was informed I learned this company's new office only.I called back only to get her answering machine.this company founder/president is Inga Gasparyan at phone 323-899-5777.She has not returned any phone calls either.Ben Stidham agreed this company is fraudulent and stated as of 01/05/2011 he is no longer an employee. No refund was given, phone calls not returned. this company as of Oct. 2010 had no sign in front of this company listed as it's business name.

I have been harrased by the company for several months now. They keep telling me I owe $1900 to US Cellular. I havent had a US Cellular phone in over 15 years. They try and tell me that the account originated in 2006, but yet Ive been with Nextel and Verison sence 99… I wish I knew where they office was so I could DISCUSS this face to face, and see if they listen superior when there phone is shoved up there a$%.
