Gateway – Non-working computer

I was sold a brand new, essentially non-working desktop. From day one, there were problems, which culminated in multiple re-bootings, factory re-settings, and service (which I had to pay shipping for--$60--though it was under warranty). When I received my computer back, which they claimed had a replaced hard drive, the cover was off, and after starting normally once, it wouldn't start Windows again. I am requesting a full refund or new computer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the company--their product is total crap, and you will never have anything but issues and cash (and time) down the drain.
