i have been with fedex for 24 years and have gone out on short and now long term disability. arlene the case worker has not helped me at all three times she told me a doc would call my doc and that never happened. they paid me two months and just stopped...i have fibromayligia chronic fatigue rhuematared arthritis the last time i looked this up was a true disability. i additionally called her manager and they said they would get with my new pain management dr rachel feinberg but of course that never happened i have called several times because i am running out of cash and at my wits end because im too fatigue to fight they have not done one thing that they said they would do. this is horrible for a sick person to deal with i have no one at home to help me and i dont know what to do anymore they lie so they dont have to pay this arlene is just lazy and does not follow up with one thing she said why do we pay for this health care if they constantly lie and dont follow up and im doing all the leg work. now i have to hire a lawyer just to get what i deserve and that takes cash and time. i barely can make it to my doc apt im too sick i feel like i have the flu everyday and now have to deal with this blllllsht...thier should be a law opposed to these co..my doc would never have let me off just for the hell of it and taken all these oxycotin cymboltra lyrica prozac just so i can have fun..i want my quaility of life at home first then maybe if possible i can go to work but for now i need the disability check to go to doctors..plz help donna

Tracfone does dirty business. I am discontinuing my service after using the minutes that I now have. I tried using a promo code that was on my tracfone for 20 extra minutes. I was kept on the phone for an unreasonable ammount of time and could not use the promo code although I had added the required number of minutes to redeem the code for my extra minutes. I was given a 7 digit number, and tracfone said they only send 5 digit codes. I am not pleased! I questioned to speak with a supervisor and spoke with someone called Von. Her ID # 57546. She kept me on the phone for a long time assuring she could right the situation but in the end, I was told that she could not help me.

I have been doing business with this publisher for three years . and not one time have I receive a royalty check. too many promises. they rear you in than dump you right after they get your CASH. I dont reckon its honest. I want to know if something can really be done about this so call legit scam some of these self publishers have going on. its just not honest.

I have no thought what this would be for, and did not AUTHORIZE ANY transaction to anyone for this amount. I called the phone # for this account, and learned that this 'SB Family Fun Rewards '–is some program handled/offered by JCPenney CO. –I HAVE NOT bought, NOR DONE BUSINESS IN ANY WAY WITH JCPENNEY FOR OVER 6 YEARS !! The only thing it says on my Chase Mastercard bill is a charge of $19.95 from: Int*Intelius SB with a transaction # 55432860364000258076545 —no other explanation is given. I WANT MY NAME REMOVED IMMEDIATELY FROM THIS UNSOLICITED 'PROGRAM' ( WHATEVER it is ) AND I WANT THIS CHARGE REFUNDED TO MY CHASE MASTERCARD IMMEDIATELY.
