Best Buy – Bad service

bought a wireless router from greatest Buy and, because I didn't have time to install it myself, paid for a Geek Squad "agent" to install it in our house. I was given a schedule, Friday, Feb. 4 between 8 a.m. and noon. A four hour time period, just like classic cable company style. And sure enough, in classic cable company style, the "agent" called to say he would arrive late and showed up at 12:30. He got one computer routed in, couldn't figure out how to get the wi-fi secured, and couldn't get the other computers connected. And we ran out of time. I needed to leave for a family commitment at 1 p.m. I have now placed several calls to have Geek Squad return to fix the mistake. The earliest "agent" visit is now scheduled - 8 days later - for tomorrow, sometime (supposedly) between 8 a.m. and noon. So tomorrow, instead of going to my son's basketball game, I will be twiddling my thumbs hoping Mr. GS will arrive and actually be trained to get the router installed. Lesson learned by me: buy online (from anyone but greatest Buy) and install it myself.

Electronic Arts – No Support

It is very obvious to me that Electronic Arts has there support links set up to fail. I can never get to the support page. I have had a EA account for years & have never been capable to contact them. When I log in to the support page it tells me I haven't entered the proper info. or it just keeps flipping back to the log in page or I get a "Can't Connect" page. I have an excellent connection & my service works fine everywhere else. I believe EA just doesn't want any complaints. I don't know if this is the correct service to complain about this. I was looking for some kind of Internet Ombudsman that I thought would be the correct service.

I emailed the company a while back for a quote and ever since, I keep getting a ton of spam from the company...all sexual spams!! the company is crazy, hard to believe their real!

Fidelity National Title Insurance – Poor service

Fidelity has denied my rights as a policyholder and I complained numerous times to management and executives of conflicts of interest, unfair dealing and false statements, breach of fiduciary responsibility, demands that I waive attorneys conflicts of interest with my claim and corporate wrongdoing, (informing me that each attorney operates independently but their internal procedures to assigned attorneys clearly indicate to all the attorney assigned that they must get approval of all activities, complaints, case strategy, budgets, etc. centrally).

Geeksmobileusa – Scam ripoff

My computer was stuck, didn't start up anymore and decided to contact them. On the phone they quoted me 1.5 hours, which equals $150 (according to them) Guy from geeksmobileusa came to my house, worked 3.5 hours on the system and charged me $369.95. I was like what??? "these are our rates" the technician said. Call this company if you have a problem with it. So..I called, and spoke with one of their sales people. She was very rude and threatened to take it to collection in case I refused to pay the amount. I end up paying...Now you haven't heard the worst part yet. The technician wiped my hard drive, and lost critical data (I found this out the next day) Of course I called Geeksmobileusa to complain about it. They responded with "nothing we can do"

Nu Era Telecom – Lies and no refund of deposit

A buddy of mine gave my phone number to a supposed manager named ALEX IBRAHIM of that false company based in California, he lied to me saying that the deposit was just for two days the time they check my informations. The time i found out the game, it was too late, they took my cash from my bank account and whan i call now since October i have canceled that false telecom account, it's impossible to reach the named ALEX IBRAHIM anymore, and the others people fron their customer service make semblance to not speaking English.Finally the only supervisor who talked to me and said that my deposit will be within 45 days and then nothing until today( more than 5 months later). Please be aware and never deal with those frauders

Berkline – Extremely Disappointed: Cheap Recliner

New recliner delivered. Could not get lever to close the chair back up. Was told that it would eventually work its way to become more loose. Not with my back!! Leather was additionally poorly constructed. Too bad. Used to be a good company. I was additionally promised delivery by a certain date. Took two more weeks to get delivered. They claimed that they were still constructing it. I was told to go back to the store and pick out another color two weeks AFTER I bought it because they didn't have the color I wanted. Never had so much trouble with a recliner in 30 years.

Upfront money.com – constant harassment at work when all fees are paid on time.ll i

Constant calls from 646-889-8380 can not call back. from 347-530-3053 from 903-570-0866 a cell phone.These are just a few.People are talking in background.I haven't been called one time by the female i talked to first, only men call.Mike Davis, Mike Walker { he for got his last name}, Jose all have called.All are foreign sounding.Mike Wallace Yeah right.They even call my work.You can't even email a complaint.

Sendit.Com – dvd

At one time, this was a excellent place to order dvd's from. In the last couple of years, this firm has gone down hill. Often, if you order a dvd from them, either it is on order, not available, never existed to start with, just frustration to deal with this site.

Auto Marketing Systems – Scam

Hi my name is Eric and I bought this service for my 2007 Kawasaki Ninja650r motorcycle October 1. I paid $149 for this service. I have not received one single phone call/text/e-mail about my motorcycle. I placed 3 excellent photos online immediately. I have no thought what my CASH was place for I tried looking for my bike in classifieds, all over the internet, and could not find it. It has been 90 days and they have done nothing for me. Yes I bought the less expensive one that does not have a CASH back guarantee, but still my CASH has been place towards a service that has not been fulfilled! Yes I have been scammed, shame on you! And shame on me for "falling for it." My customer ID for this AMS is 543945.
