Loral Langmeier does not give refunds if you choose to discontinue their service. Customer service people are rude and keep referring to the recorded message that you agreed to the service. I have now recorded myself twice canceling this service and hope I don't see any more charges. This is a scam and the only person getting rich is Loral. Go online there are many unhappy people. Wish I had read the comments before agreeing to this ripoff.
