Vitacost tries to look like a large retailer but 30 days after my order I was learnt it was not proceed because "Amy had broken leg and went to hospital and your order was not proceed". Now, we all humans and I feel terrible about Amy, but lets be realistic here! I told them cancel my order and I wont use them anymore. They said: "fine!". It was astonishing how simple they drop a customer. Oh — btw: I havent forgot to tweet to my 13, 000 followers (on multiple occasions) NOT to use vitacost EVER. Case closed!
XM Radio – Rip Off Artists
XM Radio has absolutely ATROCIOUS customer service. They will lie to you, overcharge you, and dismiss any complaints. If you doubt me, do a quick Google search for XM Radio Customer Service and read the thousands upon thousands of disaster tales. After too many years of trying to make it work with this relatively new company, I've given up after they recently overcharged me and refused to refund my CASH, and instead just chose to credit it to my next year's bill (a bill I won't be paying). Three calls all netted promises of refunds, but none came. I sent an email, and received a 2 word response — "Assume resolved." Of course they never resolved anything. Stream Pandora or another phone-based radio system into your car or home, but avoid XM at all costs.

And the problem continues… I ordered a fan/light kit and was rewarded with an immediate, large charge to my credit card. Follwoing my initial order, I exschanged several e-mails and one telephone call from this company that promised numerous delivery dates. But, NO product. I have filed an appeal with C/card Company and fault myself for not having checked them in Google before ordering.

Well, it's just like all the other complaints…credit card charged and that's the end of it! Item bought 12-08-10, shipped (?) 12-28-10, nothing since! No return email contact, no person returning phone messages, no shipping tracking number, no product arrival. I will give them one more week to get the item to me or I will additionally say the bank, better business bureau, and police department of credit card abuse. So Ken, how about a call to Grand Saline, Texas (You have the number)?

this afternoon I went to buy cigarettes that was advertised for 4.74 a pack when you buy 2 packs and when I pay I request why they are charging me 5.74 for each pack the female told me that the prices has gone up then I request for the manager Alex Gomez and he look the sign they had on the shelve and he say that's ancient and he pull if off and trow it on the floor and told me the forgot to remove it, Its not the 2.00 DOLLARS that I was overcharge its the action and the way this was handle, they just loose a customer.
tim hortons – Bad Service
i go to this tim hortons every other day but recently during afternoon time there has been really terrible order taking there is a dusk skinned Hispanic female that does not know how to manage customers or her store. Every time i and my fellow friends attend to sit inside the place is constantly so dirty, the tables are never clean. This is very terrible service, terrible quality, and it is not tim hortons greatest standards. I believe there is a lack of effort in the management there fore it's shown through their employees.

I never realized it cost CASH just to bid, plus the cost of the item, untill I was looking for something to bid on. I never used the sight, or bid on any thing.
