Sony – I am shocked at the quality of Sony's televisions and at the quality of their customer service

I bought a top-of-the-line Sony television and paid a fortune for it only to have it short circuit on me in less than two years. Now it is going to cost me the price of a new TV to fix it. I think it is a con. Sony should be reprimanded for constructing the poorest quality electronics and marketing them as high quality. They must purposely be trying to entice customers to throw their cash away by purchasing a product and then have them need to purchase a new one shortly after it breaks.
