SUPER REWARDS – Complete Hoax
Inside Facebook on-line games you earn or buy virtual coins that are used to play the games. Many businesses sell items with an attached "Super Rewards" to earn game credits when you buy something. I fell for an offer for DirectTV and was promised over 1200 gaming coins, let me say, complete hoax. What I find ironic is even Direct TV says "we are two seperate entities", but they sure weren't seperate when I clicked on offer, I was swept quickly to DirectTV's website to sign up, but now they say they are not connected. SuperRewards has no way to contact them through their website and Facebook forwards the issue to DirectTV to respond. Stay away from game credits or coins on Facebook or SuperRewards, all lies!

ramsarve comRedBox – Charging Practices; Editing Content
Well, my complaint is two-fold: 1) As dozens of other complaints I have read, the Redbox charging practices are at best, questionable. I have been charged $26.00 for a DVD that they claimed was never returned twice, and though they did credit my account once, I had to fight with them to do so. Also, on several occasions, I have not been capable to return a movie because the machine was full or disfunctioning. Then after contacting customer service (which you only seem to be capable to do via email) the greatest they could offer was try another machine, with no credit for the extra costs now incurred as a result. 2) My other complaint is this, after playing close attention to several different kind of movies, I found that Redbox has edited the language and content of their DVDs, including incredibly obvious voice dubs over profanity. I can't find anywhere on their machines or their site describing this practice (other than the standard "this movie had been modified to fit your television" that comes on most DVDs) so that the customer is aware of it upfront. I don't know why and I don't what the point of carrying R rated movies is if they are going to be edited for restrict language and content but it certainly is happening. Originally, I was really excited about this service and the convenience it offered but now all it's proved to me is that if it sounds too excellent to be right, it probably is!
SeaChange Removals – Terrible Service/Lack of Responsibility
This is a small and sweet version, trust me. First of all, they were late, when I phoned to see where they were, I just heard, ' will be there in 5 ', not hello, sorry, not anything like that. I went to work while my room-mate waited, and waited and waited, at new unit, and this is not a joke, a 5 minute walk, 2 minute drive, to where our new unit was. I arrived home from work at 6pm, to find them still unpacking, and this is a 2 bedroom unit I may add. When they finally finished, around 6.30pm, it had taken them from 9.30am until 6.30pm, a lift was of use at both properties, for a 2 bedroom unit this small distance, and Andrew gave me a discount, ( I reckon I know why now) and charged me $1200!!! Next day, I go to turn on my Sony Wega LCD T.V…not working. It was in perfect working order the night before, as my room mate and I watched a movie, as we had finished packing and wanted to relax. I contacted Andrew in regards to this, to which he was rude and would not accept any responsibilty. I contaced all possible removalists Unions, how amusing, he is not a member of any…this way, he can make up and apply his own rules, like never being responsible for hurt cause when he moves any home contents. I contacted Consumer Affairs, who advised me to contact Dept Of Honest Trading, which I did. They contacted Andrew, who said, I have to take him to court. This is another way he gets away with his lack of professionalism, as it has cost me $2700 now for this go, having to go any buy another t.v. My Mother paid less for the contents of a three bedroom house to be went to the Central coast! There is alot more I could say, but by having as many people aware as possible, so they are not hurt finacially like myself, to these reckless and non-professional rip-off artists, who are as dodgy as they come. Keep your property as far away from Seachange Removals as possible, if you want to keep and maintain them, in perfect working order!!!
pajama jeans – Pajama Jeans
I had seen this commercial on TV a month ago or so and only saw excellent comments online about it. Today, I chose to order a pair of the jeans. First of all, the website is poorly done and one of the links to order doesn't come up. Finally, i manage to come up with an order form that is confusing, it questions me for a second size and all i can figure out is that they need a second size in case they're all out of the first size so I place in a second size. I fill in my credit card info and click on the next arrow only to find out that I've ordered two pairs of pants and $31.80 in handling fees for a total of $91.70. I was never warned that i wouldn't be capable to double check my order. I looked for an email addy to complain to and found nothing. When i tried to call them on one of their 800 lines I was informed that the order would be practically shipped over night. I tried to call Custmoer Support but it's a holiday. I could reach someone if I tried to order another pair, I'm sure but I have a feeling that they'd just say i'd have to complain Monday and it's not their problem. The pants cost me $29.95 because i saved a small CASH for attempting to leave their website, it was supposed to cost $7.95 for s/h and now they've managed to charge me $91.70 for something that should have been approximately $38. These pants had superior be worth it. Oh, also, they keep putting up these options you have to buy stuff before you finally order your jeans, you have a chance to order a stupid pillow for only $15 and when you click on no you next get a chance to buy some jewelry so when you finally click on that you impatiently click on no for a second time and they've got you, you've ordered two pairs of pants when you wanted one and double the amount of s/h with no address to complain to. Fortunately, there are places the consumer can complain to online and perhaps the TV station where the ad was played. BEWARE. I just tried to call them today, a day later and I keep getting hung up on when I call Customer Service. If I use the toll free order number all I get an an automated voice to take an order. They make it impossible to talk to a human being!! they don't want to hear about all of the complaints and there is no email addy to complain to
