Addison Electric – retierment benitfits

2/22/2011 I left this company the last week of october, 2010 they owe me over $12, 000 in retierment cash to go in to my benco accont. which they have not done as of yet. This was from working on a state funded job. I was under the understanding they have 90 days to contriube.

ATT Wireless – Broken Phone

I ordered a phone from ATT. The phone will not ring or call. Does anyone else have a phone that doesn't work that ATT will not refund? I have asked for help and they continue to charge me $90 per month for a phone that doesn't work.

Blanco Granite Sink – Damaged Item

bought a Blanco Silgrante Sink from Home Perfect. The item arrived it it's original package and had never been opened. I inspected the sink and signed for the sink. I delivered the sink to our contractors, who inspected the item and advised that he had found a crack. I was present during this inspection. I debated this with him. The crack appeared to me as if some cardboard had rubbed opposed to it. He rubbed granite dust in the crack and it was then visible. I contacted Home Perfect and sent an email along with photographs and explained to them what had happened. After their investigation, they determined that I damaged this product after I had signed for it. Now that doesn't make sense. I'm going to damage a $300 item I just purchased and have been waiting to arrive so that our kitchen can be completed. They would not make good on the item and wouldn't even consider a 50 50 split. Do not buy from Home Perfect. Buy from someone who will package your item correctly. My point being that there is no way to tell how or where the item was damaged. They didn't inspect it from their end but expected me to do so. I will not recommend the company. Stay away from this sort of event happening to you. Had I damaged this item, I wouldn't be writing on this board.

Citifinancial mortgage – Incompetence

I just refinanced with CitiMortgage from a Citimortgage loan. I received three different letters from CitiMortgage on the same subject (no idea why they sent me 3 letters). The first and third letter indicated that EZPay will transfer from prior CitiMortgage Account. The second letter indicated that it wouldn't. Website terms clearly indicate EZPay will transfer with a refinance. Just to be sure, I contacted the call center, and they said EZPay would transfer though couldn't confirm because the new account wasn't visible. Called tonight as payment due date was approaching and learned nothing transfered to new account. Three calls to call center and one hour later resolved nothing though it was now my problem. I am out of the country on business so it is not exactly as easy as dropping a check in the mail. It is clear that call center personnel aren't trained or knowledgeable as each time they provided different guidance on issue. One call center executive provided instructions to create a new, unique online account for the loan. I followed his instructions only to have new account get rejected because it used a normal e-mail address as an existing account (that would be my existing account). My favorite response was that second individual who was very anxious to simply mail me an EZ Pay application form to close out the issue. In hindsight, I eventually figured out that it should have taken 3 minutes to walk me through the subsequent steps: 1) Admit Citimortgage screwed up and for whatever reason, the new refinanced loan didn't transfer EZPay from prior loan as they stated it would 2) Provide direction that it's very simple and fast to link a new loan to your existing online account 3) Explain that I will have to re-enter Bank information for a second time for EZPay, but you will be capable to instantaneously make an online payment for the first payment once this step is complete. Instead, I wasted 1 hour with increasing blood pressure on the phone trying to get some help to only have to figure out this out for myself. Hope this helps anyone else with a CitiMortgage Refinance and EZ Pay.

One Point Technologies – Too High Bill/Late Billing/High Late Fee Charge

We lived there for more than 9 years. During the last two administrations this company that they contract to do the Water Billing is to irresponsible. High Bill (most of the case more than Electricity), Late Billing just with 3 days before due date, excessive and abusive Late Fee Charge. I remember when they started been our new water billing company they do not send a bill and administration and they expected we know that they are our new company and send a payment to where?? By the way everyone has a complaint from that company on or other complex that have the same water billing company, please send it to the consumer rights so they can stop them to the abuse of High Late Fee Charges, Billing Charge and they send the bill when they want it, Too High Bill. Thanks for your attention.

scentmatchers – Bogus products

I'm so glad I read other complaints about Scentmatchers. They saved me at least $70. I was about to order some discontined fragrances they claimed to be capable to duplicate (dupe for short.) It was amazing that they could match anything, including the bogus cologne they were willing to charge me $69 for "Boogey Boogey Boogey" by Tool Box. Wow, and they didn't even need for me to send a sample. Apparently this outfit has ripped off and dissappointed many.Reading some of these experiences is is heartbreaking.These guys need to be stopped and prosecuted. I was lucky.

mspuppyconnection/elitepuppy/luxpups – Rip–off

Just would like to say this person is SICK and makes me sick to do what's she is doing to people. She is a scammer. Go checkout her websites...yes there are a few of them. She says they are not connected but let me know what you think. Mspuppyconnection---luxpups---elitepuppy. All the pups look the same. She is not a breeder, gets her pups from other people and resales them to make a ton of cash. I additionally heard from alot of people sometimes you don't even get a pup at all. She will not let anyone go to her home nor does she offer parent pics. She additionally has a free puppy give away like a raffel. Well that is a scam too!!! She wants people to send her checks for the give away because paypal don't accept cash for raffel's...well paypal will take anything!!! What is Mrs. Ashley Anderson up to??? No good that's what. Has anyone ever got a puppy from her???? I would like to know your experience on how that went. Poor puppies are cute little mutts she is selling for 4000-7500 with no papers. Has anyone ever seen a chihuahua, pom, shitzu, maltese...look like that??? Also all her stay around 2 lbs as an adult...what are they giving these babies to keep them from growing. Standards on a Toy Chihuahua is 4-6 lbs...a few fall under this but not many and all hers do??? BEWARE IS ALL I GOT TO SAY !!!

Mark Johns – stopping payments

Hello My anme is Mark Johns i sometime back signed up to justanswersmechanics for some help in sorting a problem with a car i own now the problem is i have forgotten the user name and the password and have tried several times to have my password and username sent to my email address that is listed with this site just answers but everytime no success so i am unable to get onto the site to cancell the use of thier info and i only signed up for one month it has been over six months now, i have additionally contacted my bank here in Australia and they say that i have to contact justanswers so here i am stuch between a rock and a hard place so if you could help me sort this issue that would be fantastic or i will have to close the bank account and hope that all is stopped this is the last option, cheers Mark Johns

Ford F350 2008 diesel – water in fuel

I bought the truck new, 2008 F350 diesel, the water in fuel light would come on all the time, I would keep draining it and when I took it in to have it checked they found no problems, I kept in serviced and changed out the fuel filters. The last time I changed the fuel filter the light quit coming on, with 8000 miles on the fuel filter the truck quit… Now they say it needs a new fuel system over$8000. and they will not fix it because it has to much water in the fuel and that is maintenance. What can we do????

ATT / U-Verse and Internet Bundle – Rebate and poor services

We have had a "nightmare" getting these products set up with AT&T back in September, 2010. After numerous calls and conversations with AT&T representatives to discuss an unbelievable amount of issues related to U-Verse and wireless Internet, and asking about credits and our rebate we are entitled to, we are still waiting to get decent service and receive our $50 rebate. Originally, we were told it would be $100! Today, I called again (at least 12 calls to their offices since September and documented with names of representatives) and they said they (her name today was April) would call me back in 30 minutes to an hour. Three hours later, I still haven't heard from anyone. Meanwhile, we continue to wait for our rebate and must deal with intermittent service. Please help us.
