Epoxy Coat – Garbage

Epoxy Coat is garbage, don't buy it. I am floor coatings installer with 30 years experience. As a contractor I thought I'd try Epoxy-Coat on a home owner garage. Sounded good because they say its 5X thicker than the competition. What they don't tell you is that thickness has nothing to do with adhesion, or chemical resistance. Within a week the owner call me saying it stuck to his tires and come fix it. So I obtained a repair kit, did the fix, then a couple of weeks later the owner call me back saying not only did it stick to the tires for a second time but where the radiator leaked it peeled! What a lousy product! It won't weven hold up to antifreeze? They offer a lifetime warranty which is a complete joke! I called and wrote several emails that were not answered. When I finally got a hold of the manager i said i wanted a refund he said "WE'LL SEE YOU IN COURT!" Since I cannot travel clear across the country for small claims court I guess I will be eating this one.

Scriptmafia.org – Fraud alert

I am trying to add ll the Social Media icons/scripts to a website I am building. I 'Googled' "Social Media Link Scripts" and found this website (http://scriptmafia.org/multimedia/40523-free-social-media-web-icons.html). I clicked it and came to a site, where before I could see their premium service (or any service at all), I had to fill one of 6 survey's or product offering. I chose, completely filled out an Insurance quote from Nationwide Insurance and waited, once complete, for the site to open. It did not. It then said if it did not open, please try another survey/product. I did. I came back and the same thing. It is obvious that this is nothing more than a list/link service forcing you to reveal all kinds of personal information for all of it's surveys/products so they can get paid for the 'handoff'. Whether there is actually a site beneath the request for survey/product is unknown to me at this time. I was never allowed in. This is more offensive to me because I now have no confidence in the personal information being protected. Sites like this need to be shut down and the method they use to create income for themselves should be investigated. I am sending letter to this site, as well as many others including; the FCC and even my congressman. Any help you can provide would be most appreciated. Of course, once I hit "POST COMPLAINT" on this page, you may be just like the scriptmafia.org causing me to include you in my complaints to those other places going forward. If this is posted somewhere and thus, you are reading this, please accept my apologies since this site "complaints.com" should not be linked to the problem, but the solution.

Stanley Steemer – Thieves who steel from your home

I arranged to have my carpet cleaned. I was quoted a price of $494. I cut a check and left work to meet them. That morning I had been reading to my son, and told him to put away his new i-touch that he had received for Christmas a few weeks before. I saw him set it by the leg of the couch. We read, and I took him to school and then went to work. I called Stanley Steemer and they said that they could do the carpets that day. I explained the layout of the house, and was quoted the $494 price. I met them at my home, and they went through the home. They said that the living room additionally included a dining room and that the price would go up to $607.19. I told them that I needed to go back to work, and asked that they call my cell phone when they were close to being done so that I could come and inspect. I had forgotten that my son had left his i-touch by the leg of the couch. Later that day I called me neighbor and asked if the carpet cleaners were still there. They told me that they had left a few hours before. They had called me house phone and left a message, not my cell phone. When I got home, my little boy called me and asked if I could grab his i-touch for him, which he stated was by the leg of the couch, just where I had seen him place it. Of course it was not there. One of the cleaners, Neyden Posada, or Jefferson Posada, had obviously taken it. I called Stanley Steemer to report it, and spent the rest of the night looking everywhere to see if it could have been moved. I even searched inside the couch cushions and moved the furniture. It was nowhere to be found. I worked with them for a few weeks, only to be told that the only thing that they would do is cooperate with the police. The carpets did not look great, and they stole my little boys i-touch. I should never have trusted them to be in my home unsupervised. I thought that they would be honest. They were not. I spent the night dealing with a little boy who was devastated at the loss of his Christmas present, and did no even hear from the two Posadas who did the cleaning. Beware - they are dishonest and will steal from you not only by misquoting the price of the cleaning job, but will steal from your home. They cannot be trusted and will not make it right.
