purchased a GE Profile refrigerator a little over a year ago. This thing is trash. We cannot keep food in the freezer. After about a week any thing in the freezer taste "freezer burnt" and has a large amount of frost built up on it. The drinks and food in the refrigerator door are not very cold also. I have had appliance technicians check it three times, one was even on the phone with the factory technician while checking everything. All three times I was told there was not anything wrong with it. I will never buy another GE appliance or recommend one to anyone. I see on here and on other appliance reviews that many other people have the same issues with these refrigerators. Junk, Junk, Junk!!!

Dear readers, just look at the CAPITAL HEADLINES if you don't have time for the details. (A) BAD SALESPERSON - The sales person told me renewal is $49 per year. I only found out now that renewal is $99. (B) HARASSING PHONE CALLS - They set up a reminder for renewal. That reminder is an ALARM. It calls me twice a day with a voice message to renew. TWICE A DAY EVERYDAY for 2 weeks. I asked them to put me on no call list - will have to see the result of that. (C) INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM INIDA - Twice I have called them and asked them to send me my original contract. Twice they told me they would send it and it'd take 5-7 days. I WAITED TWO WEEKS. Twice I asked for a supervisor, they told me NO SUPERVISOR AVAILABLE AND PLEASE CALL BACK. (D) SHADY OR INCOMPETENT RENEWAL - After unresolved situation with INDIA customer serive - I called CORPORATE (It turned out they are additionally from INDIA) and explained the recent situation and told the executive that I am interested in keeping my membership and renew ONLY if it's $49. She told me "sorry for the (recent) trouble with customer service, at this time I can renew for you at $49". I repeated that 3 times on the phone call: (1) to her directly (2)told her for a second time that I need her to be on hold for 2 minutes to see if my wife will renew at $49 (3) I want to know she is charging ONLY $49. She asked for my credit card info and went ahead and charge at $99 even I repeatedly told her $49. AT NO time during this phone call that she told me that IT IS NOT $49. She only told me that she charged $99 after I asked her for a second time how much she's charged. (E) SUPERVISOR TRIED TO MAKE ME KEEP MY RENEWAL AT $99 BY TELLING THAT I WILL LOSE MY CHOICE TO RENEW IF HE HAS TO GIVE ME THE REFUND. - At this time, he can't do anything for me. He told me that he can refund the $99 that her employee charged. But I WILL LOSE THE CHOICE TO RENEW MY CONTRACT. I told him according to what they have been telling me, I should have the next 90 days to make the decision to renew. Why is he telling me that the REFUND (Which they screwed up to start with) will VOID my CHOICE to renew within next 90 days. ONLY Then, he told me that he can change it so I have that choice for the next 90 days.

Brought car over for repairs. Did poor work, car was not fixed properly, made lots of noises, and had to take elsewhere to have problem fixed...Paid good cash for crappy incompetent mechanics. Do not go there. you'll be Sorry !!!

On january 28 Kenmore washer brokedown. Washer is under warranty. Parts took 3 weeks to get here and 3 service calls later, the main part was damaged. They ordered for a second time and rescheduled. Currently at 30 days without washer. Customer service was terrible. The last word was that they will emergency order the part within 48 hours will be here but the first service call I could get is 2/25, seven days from now.

I was scammed out of 2/$19.95 charges for credit protection that I didn't authorize. All I wanted was a free credit report to buy a car. I had to call MNI*creditreport.com and get a confirmation number to stop the charges. If this didn't do it, we'll see what the next step is. Watch out folks!

Does anyone know what Government agency I can contact to make a complaint opposed to a dealer. I purchased a car from this dealer, paid money and was handed a title. When i tried to title the car in virginia I found out it was missing a power of attorney. I received the power of attorney but it only had one of the two signatures needed. I have spoken with the salesman who sold me the car, but said the owner needs to handle this. It has been over a week and i keep getting told that he is going to call me. My temp tag has expired now and I can not drive the vehicle. I need to know who I should contact and use that as leverage to get these guys moving on my problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Its been 11 months and after numerous phone calls and contacting the superior Business Bureau we have not received our furniture. Thank god the credit card company after much fighting credited us our $3100 down payment and Rooms Unlimited for the oddest reason were not happy about this. Fred from R.U. in Patchogue, NY has done nothing but lied to us telling us every month "The furniture will be there next month" and even after it was supposed to finally be delivered today they claim it will not be there by Monday. I have a loan with Citifinancial which I have payed directly from my bank. My bank sense the check a full 10 days before it's due every month. But, I keep getting called from Citifinancial saying the payment is late. The problem seems to be the address where I send the payment. Every time I call they tell me I have the incorrect address and give me a different one. Originally the address was in North Carolina, then it changed to South Carolina, now they say it's Nevada. The worst part is they constantly call and try to make me send extra payments. I've paid over twice the monthly minimum like clockwork every month. But, they still treat me like I'm a deadbeat who doesn't pay their bills. Once this loan is paid off, I will never do business with Citifinancial again.
