Two days ago I called the Glasss Doctor to repair chips in my auto windshield. Set up appointment for Sat at 9am. Still waiting at it is past 12:30. When I called they said other customers with emergencies are being serviced first. They never called I had to. The guy said they never made a solid appointment then why did the salesperson request me what time 9, 10 etc.. He essentially called me a liar. I have a corporate position with a large company. We would never treat our customers this way. I called a competitor of The Glass Doctor. They told me they never put one client's needs above the other. It is first come, first serve. Instead of doing the things I need to get done on my day off I am still waiting. if you value your days off and your time do not call them!

On Saturday I received a demand for remittance complete with due date and instructions. I had recently received an exemption for disability from the county in which I live. All taxes and insurance premiums are part of the monthly premium terms of my 30 year fixed mortgage contract. Since this exemption was issued because of my disability, I contacted the 800 number on said demand letter on Monday because they were closed until then. Well what a fiasco, I w as told to get the check #s from my county for myself and to prove that the refund existed. Being in customer service for fourteen years, I was appalled to say the least. After I finished my research, I for a second time called the 800 # and repeated the problem to their executive, at that time she told me that they did not have a 800# for the address that my refund was sent to. I find it hard to believe that my taxes were sent to the wrong address but were applied properly to escrow, however the refund was sent to that same address and nobody knows what happened to the refund checks, okay there are two refunds in question. Where do I voice my opinion?

On 2-15-11a at830pm my daughter approached photo employee to recive baby articles sent from Marion OHIO.That emploee told her she needed her I.D. she went to get it from her car at 8:40 vanessa (daughter) returned to photo where that employer told her she could not help her because she left at 9:00. she would have to go to electronics where that employee told her she was the only one there and she would have to call someone to help her.Someone came after appox.10min.they then helped her but it took them 35min. to find her merchandise. This is unbelievable and she was treated so rude. She is pregnant and was very upset about this treatment.She and myself are very concerned because that is where she has her baby registry. Is this how her family and friends will be treated while they shop for Vanessa and her shower gifts? I hope this will be rectified we all shop Walmart alot but that could stop.

I paid the company 699.00 dollars on August 30, 2010, to sell my Timeshare. I have NOT received ANY calls from them with no offers at all. I have called the numbers i have for costomer services at least 50 times, with absolutely NO returned calls. I still call everyday and leave very nice polite messages and yet, NO returned calls. I don't know what else to do. PLEASE HELP ME. Thank You for your time. Hope to hear from someone soon. Nancy Stone

I bought blue slide at Clarks last winter. I got to wear them a month last year. The first time I wore them this year the sole came off on the right shoe. The left seems good and secure, so I can't figure what happened. I took it to a shoemaker and he said it was cheap PVC, and he could not repair it, and he has seen this happen alot. They cost about $50 at an Outlet Mall. Do I have any course of action?

When I was first contacted by Mr don Cook I was told that I would get a website and would be an affilliate of amazon.com plus a travel website, as well as Google Adsensese .I would then have all the help and support that I would need. Then a Mr. Bob Green called me on a daily bases telling me that for $2, ooo dollars that they would do the work for me and that I would triple my cash in 3-6 months and that if I did not that I had a year to get my cash back They additionally said that I would have a commercial on You Tube I have received nothing from this They additionally claimed that I woul get a 30, 000 Unique visitor marketing program along with an advertising cd rom I have received nothing from the company I have tried to contact them several times they will not return my calls I just want my cash back I am 65 years old and my husband is 82 and in poor health we are trying to survive on what little social security that we get and can not afford to loose 2300 dollars that we didnot have to just throw away to some scam artists

bought OUR SON A PAIR OF STEEL TOED BOOTS FOR CHRISTMAS AND THERE WERE TWO DIFFERENT BOOTS IN THE package WE PAID $45.00 FOR THEM AND HAD TO RETURN THEM additionally bought DOG TOYS THAT CAME APART THE FIRST TIME HE GOT TO PLAY WITH THEM WE PAID ANYWHERE FROM $4.00 TO $7.00 FOR THEM DONT HAVE PHOTOS TO SEND DIDNT TAKE ANY DIDNT RECKON IT WAS NEEDED BESIDES ALREADY RETURNED THE ITEMS AND DONT SHOP THERE THAT MUCH ANYMORE WE ARE TIRED OF GETTING POOR PRODUCTS AND WE SHOP ELSEWHERE NOW ONLY GO TO WALMART IF IT IS FOR MEDS

We ordered Colorful LED Fiber Optical String lights for Christmas, Invoice # 19650649. We received LED String lights without the fiber optics. Also no instructions on what adaptor is needed to use these lights in the US. We have sent an email twice in the last couple weeks to Jason Shen at the company and questioned how we can resolve this issue and have received no answer. We would like the product we ordered additionally information what adaptor to use. We have not used the lights we received and are willing to send them back. My husband and I shop several times a week at Walmart in Benton buying most all of our groceries there, but the service is going downhill due to lack of employees. I have had to look for help in the fabric department. Once someone from another department had to help me as there was no one working in fabrics. Today, I rang the bell and waited for quite sometime, rang it for a second time and finally walked off leaving my fabric on the cutting table. I am a busy woman and do not have time to search for employees to help me because there is not enough employees scheduled to work. I do not want to drive to Small Rock for my fabric but that is what I will do from now on. Your service to the people is not very excellent at this point.

On April 7, 2010 I paid $5, 000.00 in full for a full set of Dentures, my last appointment was to be December 23, I was looking forward to getting my new teeth, the office closed December 17, 2010. AT this point I am looking for the teeth at several labs, or at another Dental office here in the city. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office, and am going to contact the Dental board of my state. For those that where as far along in the process as I, you need to locate the labs to get the product or see if any of your files or work is at another office in your area . I feel confident I will eventually end up with my teeth it might takje me a week or so.

My birthdate, which had been right past years, was suddenly incorrect. They said they needed additional information on my spouse and before I sent it we got his credit report. My sister has requested a free credit report in October and when it was not received requested one in November and has yet to receive it. What a terrible company.
