I was a supervisor for the Phoenix, AZ DC. I have recently left to work for another company. I lodged a complaint opposed to the PHX DC manager to corporate HR department for verbal harassment. Since I was not an hourly team member nothing became of my complaint which forced me to leave this company for constructive discharge. There are two other complaints similar to mine from supervisors and the abuse continues...continues. Maybe because the West VP, and West Regional manager are turning a blind eye and not addressing the problems in the west region, since the complaint was from management not hourly. Complaints are going directly to the AZ Department of Labor and EEOC. The VP and regional are old CSK and do not have the O'Reilly culture values yet...maybe never since CSK worked in a backward fashion. If O'Reilly did not bail out CSK's 900 million or so debt we would not be having the discussion. In my opinion that is why there is so much UNION talk in the west (drivers in SoCal DC are union, (it would never happen) but the salary sups should unionize from their daily abuse. It is hard to turn away a union steward with a complaint. In my opinion O'Reilly may lay off 50 or so hourly team members in the next several months in Phoenix, those team members will be wondering about what was said in those town hall meetings last year. Jump ship before it sinks..Supervision have no protection opposed to harassment.

Red Robin Chesapeake, VA Greenbrier – Rude Kitchen Manager Nicki
We have been Red Robin customers ever since they opened up the location in Chesapeake, Va near the Greenbrier Mall on Eden Way North. Well service is pretty good, until a few weeks ago. Well the General Manager Lynnette made sure her customers were happy and taken care of the way customers should be taken care of. Well about a week ago we went to the Red Robin on 1024 Eden Way North, Chesapeake, Va 23320, (757)424-7288 and we ordered some sandwiches which are not cheap at Red Robin. Well my grilled chicken sandwich came out all bloody and everything. I didn't realize this not until I had picked up my sandwich and took off the bottom part of the paper holding sandwich together, and there was drippings of blood in the basket. I could not find our server, so I grabbed another server I showed him the bloody chicken that was not cooked correctly. He appolgized, no manager ever came to the table, and he had another grilled chicken sandwich made. Well when it was brought out another server brought it out. The second sandwich was cooked. Red Robin has a problem and they tend not to cook food all the way. When we get our sandwiches they are not hot, normally luke warm to cold. Well this past friday night on 02/18/2011 we went back to Red Robin to eat for a second time after a long day out. Well for a second time the sandwich was cold instead of bloodly like the week before. All the sandwiches were cold. So we asked them to be made for a second time but they need to be hot sandwiches. Well one of the sandwiches instead it being dipped and coated with their buzz sauce, the kitchen manager Nicki got mad and she drenched the chicken in the buzz sauce. The bun was completely destroyed. The sandwich fell apart. We asked about the A/C because it was really cold in the resturant, and maybe that's one reason why the sandwiches are cooling too fast. Well the person who brought out the sandwich the second time did not know anything about the A/C and why the food or the resturant was so cold. This person didn't know anything at all. Well this person never came back to see how anything was or if the food was any better. So we asked a different person what the A/C was set on because it was too cold in there. Well her name was Lizzie, but her name tag was Lizzie McGuire. We explained to her that the so called manager who brought out the sandwich didn't know anything. Well about 5 minutes later Nicki the kitchen Manager comes out to our table and starts yelling at my guest saying that "I AM NOT STUPID". I strongly advised Nicki that it was not her that said anything about anyone being stupid. This kitchen Manager Nicki kept going off on us. We did not know exactly who she was at first, but I can tell you one thing I will not have anyone go off on me or anyone else that I know like that. I advised Nicki that she needed to leave at once. Well we did request for the GM or Manager on duty. Well this cocky young girl who was apparently the new GM gave us an attitude. All she said was sorry, theres nothing that she is going to do for us. Her name is Tiffany, the New General Manager. We asked what happened to Lynnette, the other General Manager. She stated to us that she was FIRED and no longer with this company. There were apparently too many complaints opposed to her. I advised her that Lynnette was a good person, she was fair and she knows how to treat her customers. Tiffany stated that Lynnette was FIRED about 3 weeks ago, and she took over at that time. We explained to her that we noticed that the service has went down hill since the change of management. Tiffany refused to do anything about what Nicki the Kitchen Manager did or said to us. Our waiter tried to do anything for us and she even talked to Tiffany the New General Manager but Tiffany said I am not doing anything for them. Well if it was not for customers like ourselves and every other customer out there, Tiffany or Nicki would not have a job there. Because of Tiffany and Nicki I will not got back there ever again. Red Robin has LOST my business and everyone else's business. PHH Mortgage – Do not refinance with them!
These people are ridculous! I have recently refinanced my loan (That is with them). They took so long almost 3 months to process, asking me for paperwork every day. Even though they already had it. Finally we set a closing date. FIVE minutes before the closing they call and say the loan isn't ready to close! I was livid! They rescheduled the closing for the subsequent Monday. A half hour before the closing they called and tried to cancel again! I put up so much of a stink that they sent someone to do it that night at 8:00! While this whole mess was going on, I had to make a mortgage payment so that I wasn't delinquent on my loan. They assured me that I would receive all of the funds back since the payoff was already quoted. Once the loan was paid off I called to see the status of my refund. One girl told me my refund would be $1800.00 and it would be coming in 10 business days. Well, 10 business days came and went and I called to see what the issue was. They told me the rfund would be $1500.00 and it would be 15 days until I got it. Once for a second time no refund so I called the office of the president, I got the runaround and finally she explained that it would be up to three months because when I paid the payment they applied it all to escrow so they needed to run an analysis to see it I was due a refund. I explained sternly that this was nonsense and that I wanted all $1236.00 refunded NOW! Needless to say I am only getting refunded $995 this is a lot less than it was supposed to be! Do not let them foll you. Stay away! I will be contacting Fannie Mae (their backer) to file a formal complaint!

HP – Product
Today is Feb 15, 2011 - bought a HP Pavilion PC Oct 2009 and within the warranty period it has gone through 2 motherboards. The computer for a second time began to freeze with a blue screen. I contacted HP support and the tech I was assigned would not assist me unless I bought a $100.00 1 yr warranty extension. I don't even know why I bothered to inform them the PC is on its third motherboard and HP needs to step up and take care of the problem. The tech's response was if you purchase the extended warranty which will cover HP's Tech Support we can start to diagnose the problem. TERIBBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TERIBBLE PRODUCT!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HP PRODUCT...looks like I will be purchasing MAC's from now on!!!

TD Bank – MAINTENCE FEES
THIS BANK SUCKS-- I CLOSED AN ACCOUNT AND A YEAR LATER THEY SEND A COLLECTION AGENCY AFTER ME FOR MAINTENANCE FEES OF OVER $100.00. THEY ARE THIEVES. AFTER HOURS ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE AND 45 MIN IN THE BANK I GOT NO HELP AT ALL, I DID SPEAK TO THE SO CALLED BRANCH MANAGER (CATHY RAUCH). TALK ABOUT A NASTY WOMAN. SHE BASICALLY TOLD ME THE ACCOUNT WAS TOO OLD AND SHE WAS TOO LAZY TO LOOK THROUGH THE ARCHIVES SO THERE WAS NOTHING SHE CAN DO. ALL CORPORATE TOLD ME WAS THEY CAN DO NOTHING ACCEPT TAKE MY cash IF I WANTED TO PAY THE FEES. I WOULD PUT MY cash UNDER MY MATRESS IF THEY WERE THE LAST BANK ON EARTH.**********TD SUCKS***********

HEB-BEEVILLE, TX – Per store mgr-Fred Moron-no returns accepted.
I tried to return an item today at the HEB in Beeville, Tx. This is what happened: I did not have my receipt because the item was bought several weeks ago. The girl at the desk took the item to another room and closed the door. She came out a few minutes later and said that the item I was returning had not been bought at that Beeville HEB in the last 2 months. I told her I may have purchase it longer ago or I may have bought it at another HEB in a town near by. She said I could not return it without a receipt. I said I did not want money back, I only wanted in store credit. She said that was store policy -not to return an item bought from anther HEB. I asked her where this store policy was posted and she handed me a small framed flyer with small print that was hidden from view on the wall behind her. No one would have been capable to read the small print from where they had it posted. I began reading the flyer and it actually said that they do give store credit without a receipt. I asked to speak to the store manager Fred Moron and he additionally said their policy was as she had stated and had been that way for over a year. I advised him that their "hidden" store policy flyer said they do give store credit without a receipt. So he asked to see my driver's license-I'm not sure why, but this made me feel like I was being interrogated. I told him that HEB is the only store I have ever seen the product in that I was returning and that I had never had a problem before returning items without a receipt. I have been shopping at HEB's in south Texas for 30+ years. He finally relented and gave me an in store credit. The whole experience was upsetting and I will be buying as much as I can from Walmart from now on as this is the only other choice I have in Beeville. At least Walmart will return items that were bought from them without giving you trouble.

Trip Mate Insurance – Travel Insurance Scam
We purchased Trip Mate Insurance from Viking River Cruises for a trip to Paris. Our flights were cancelled due to severe winter storms. We filed a claim, and it was denied (even though this was a covered claim!). We filed an appeal, wrote to the CEO of Viking River Cruises, and filed a dispute with our credit card company since we had not received the services for which we paid. Eventually, we received our checks from U.S. Fire Insurance Company (the underwriter for Trip Mate). Even though we FINALLY got our claim settled, what a major hassle!!! We will NEVER for a second time use Viking River Cruises (their accounting supervisor lied in one of his letters!) nor Trip Mate. What a major rip off! Also, we were advised by a legal professional that no one should EVER buy a travel insurance policy from the provider or vendor of the travel package.

Acai Vitaboost – no cust svc, unauthorized chgs
First of all a link was going around on facebook, it takes you to a website that says its a "free trial" for a low shipping rate of .99 & 1.50. Then I got a "thank you for your order" noreply email stating $149.95 as the transaction amount on 1/4/11. My acct. was chgd. the above amts. plus $99.95. It was 2 separate items, the other being a "colon cleanse" capsule. The confirmation page for that quickly disappeared before I could print it out. I did get ahold of someone who said that the amts. were already in the system but that he would put in there no further orders to be issued. But today there is an unauthorized chg. from Fri. I guess of $49.95 which I remember that was the amt. for future mo. purchases. I never rcvd. all the order just the cleanse. I've sure learned an expensive lesson. I emailed my bank and told them that the chg. was unauthorized. I need to email them for a second time and hope they didn't let it go thru. I ttied the acaivitaboost website and a msg. appears stating the the offer is no longer available and to contact cust. svc. but no tele. no. My online stmt. shows the name as Youth Nutrition. I additionally had the name "trytadalafil" written down which I think is where one part of the order comes from. These people need to be stopped even though they'll probably just open under another name. Well I'm not going to bite on any of these so called "diet aides".

Sears Kenmore Refrigerator – Delivery/Service
I purchased a Sears Kenmore French Door Refrigerator on January 15, 2011. They would not be capable to deliver it until February 2, 2011. Well, our zone had a bad snow/ice storm so they could not deliver it. Okay, I can understand that. So it was rescheduled for delivery on February 4, that day too came and went with no delivery. Okay, maybe they were a little behind. They rescheduled for Sunday, February 6 between 11:00 and 1:30. Sunday at 1:30 comes but no Sears delivery. I call and am told that they tried to deliver but no one was home. What? We were there the entire time WITH the garage door open waiting for the delivery truck. Believe me, no truck stopped anywhere near my house. Yet, I am told that they will not be capable to deliver my fridge until the subsequent Wednesday. Wait, I was here, you were not! Why do I have to wait another 3 days? What has happened to customer service? I guess I don't want their fridge after all.

HCG BURN – Unauthorized Charges
HCG Supercharged, Acai Berry supplement and Renew Cleanse: I ordered the "free trial - just pay $2.97 shipping" and just opened my credit card statement. I was charged an additional $87.13. Not only are they trying to steal my cash, their product made me sick. I stopped taking the product 2 days ago and feel 90% better already. Working on disputing the fraudulous charge now.
