IPA – Scam
Jenny Heafey and her team lie and scam hard working people out of cash. BEWARE, they make you sign a contract that says everything they pay you (in a job you work) you have to pay back. Not only do you have to pay for your marketing materials, gas, business expenses, if you can't make ends meet you have to pay back all you income. This business is very shady and mislead workers. Very Sad.

National Recovery Agency – False Charges
I received a debit recovery letter from National Recovery Agency dated 2/16/2011 claiming false charges from MARSHALL EMERGENCY PHYSIC (sic) for $158.00 for services allegedly performed on 12/14/1998. I have no knowledge of the origional account, or even Marshall Emergency Physic (I am assuming the last word is Physicians) and National Recovery Agency would not provide any information pertaining to the account or it's originators. This has not yet shown up on my credit report, ever, so this is either mistaken identity or outright fraud.

Capital One Credit Card – Bad service
I have been getting daily phone calls from Capital One, regarding a relative. They will not tell me what the issue is, they just request for this person. More recent calls have not even asked for the relative, I say hello one or two times, then they hang up. Capital One is calling my work cell phone!! The relative does not live with me, and I have no business in this person's life. When I called to complain, I said these calls could be considered harrassment...the manager I talked to in the Philipinnes said it was more unethical!!

uShip – Western Union Wire out of country
I am suppose to receive 2 macaws from Washington state and this company called from Maine zone code. I have no problem sending shipping cost to a business, however the only payment they will accept is Western Union shipped to a person in Modolva Republic. They don't have a quick claim ID. They claim that this company is being audited and can only accept cash Wire transfers. They speak broken English and over the phone it is constantly broken up like a cell phone going into a tunnel.I have been emailing back and forth for over 4 hours. They're typing keeps getting larger, like I can't see. I emailed everything to the main company to try to straighten this out, so far no response and they don't have a listed telephone number. If they really have the birds they will find a way to accept proper payment even COD.

ATG Stores – Misleading Advertising
the company is extremely frustrating to deal with and quite frankly walk a fine line between fraud and misleading information. I placed a large lighting order in Sept 2010, all items I ordered had estimated ship dates within a month - great...then I started getting emails saying delayed shipping. I now have two of the lights not being capable to be produced and shipped until May 2011, that makes it 9 months from taking my cash. Call this company - I want to cancel - oh it will take 5 days to process that because we have to confirm with the manufacturer - wait a minute here - I don't have a contract with the manufacturer, I have a contract with ATG, and ATG hasn't been capable to deliver my product - plain and simple. If I wanted to deal with a manufacturer to start with I would have called them.

American Freight – Bad Customer Service
The sale started off okay we put a bunkbed, mattress, and dresser in layaway for my grandson. We were to come back in two weeks to get it out but when we got there the sales person (I will not call her a female because she was far from it) tells me that some of my things aren't in stock and would have to be ordered. I reminded her that she didn't tell me that when I placed the furniture in layaway. So she made some adjustments and I got my merchandise or so I thought. My brother was there to pick up the merchandise and deliver it to my daughter's house. Now it isn't his job to make sure that everything is on the truck it is their "employees" jobs to make sure. We get to the house and notice that all of the boxes are not there so I call and Angie (the one that "assisted" us asks me "Why didn't they put the dresser on the trailer?" now I request you why would I know that those are her employees. So she said that she will give me a call back and let me know what was going on. For some reason this woman doesn't know how to use the phone because every time she tells me that she will call me back she doesn't. Well it took her an hour and no call so I call back she tells me that it will be delivered on Monday (at the time this was on a Saturday). Now Monday comes and I call to make sure that the dresser will be delivered and once for a second time she tells me that she will call back and once for a second time I have to call her an hour later (no one is that busy). So when I call back a gengleman answers the phone and he tells me that he will have her to give me a call back. That is right you guessed it she didn't call back, so I just decided to go up there and see what the problem was. When I get there she is at lunch (it is awful funny she doesn't have time to call anyone back but she can go and eat). The gentleman said he gave her the message but she has been busy (yeah right). But get this while I was in there another customer comes in and says she isn't happy because her furniture was supposed to be delivered today (actually Sunday). I just looked at her and smiled and shook my head mean while the gentleman took down my information (I gave him my cell number because I knew I wouldn't be home and the address where the dresser was to be delivered). Well I went to my daughter's house to wait on the dresser (I was at the store about 5:30pm) well 6:30pm came around and no dresser. I called and they said that it was going out on the truck as we speak. Well 7:30pm came around and still no dresser so I called for a second time and they tell me that they have been trying to contact me and I let them know that my cell phone hasn't rung at all (come to find out they were using my home number, now didn't I say I gave my cell phone number because I wouldn't be at home). At this point I was upset to put it mildly (as I was hanging up I did say some words but not directed at the person on the phone). So I called back one more time and at this time they were about to close and guess who answers the phone Angie (oh joy). She tells me that someone told her that I cussed them out and then she tries to be a big shot and talk down to me (I'm not the one). I didn't want to argue with her so I just said let me speak to someone else because I knew if I continued talking to her it wouldn't be pretty. The gentleman was helpful until he didn't call me back like he said and when I called back they had already closed for the night. So I left a message saying just keep the dresser and I will be up there for my cash. The next day (Tuesday) I called and Angie (what a day) tells me that there are no refunds and my response was I haven't even gotten the merchandise. She was trying to be nice (too late) and scheducle a delivery today. I told her that my daughter was getting out of school right now and she will be home in a few (at this time the truck hadn't even left the store). About 15-20 later the delivery guys called and said that they are on their way and I told them that my daughter is on her way. No more than 10 minutes later Angie calls and tells me that they can't wait on her because they had other deliveries (are you serious, after I waited for 3 hours for these people) so they left the dresser on the back porch. I need a number to call someone so I can report this person (Angie) not that it will do any good but if anyone is going to American Freight don't let this person wait on you. She thinks once she recieves the cash she is done with you she doesn't know anything about CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never had a problem with the company before until this weekend I can't say that I will not buy from them for a second time but I can guarantee you that ANGIE will NEVER EVER WAIT on me AGAIN.

Norton 360 – On line help (no answer) and error messages
On line line for "One Click" for hours. Same stupid tape. No one answers. They tell me to call because of "no internet connection--which turns out to be false. Then tell me there is an error or problem with security--totally frustrating.

metropolitan life insurance company – bad faith in paying benefits
Employee signed up with MetLife for long-term disability through Sears Holdings Corporation. Employee contracted cancer of the breast during employment at Sears. Fast forward: After 5+ major operations to remove cancer from employer's body, employer discovered that she was receiving $500+ less in benefits from MetLife. Apparently, MetLife, although aware of the discrepency in income submitted by former employer and IRS income tax filings, which confirmed the employee's earnings; MetLife refuses to reimburse employee o of over $30, 000 in benefits from 2007 to present. Any suggestions on the greatest course of action to take opposed to MetLife, etc.?

Oregon City Medical Clinic – Quality or lack of Care
I have been going to Oregon City Medical clinic for years, and only because they were willing to work with me because I had no insurance. For that I had to put up with different doctors who are not really dr.s {the owner is not even a dr but a nurse practioner} as well has having my prescriptions messed up by them to the point where I went through terrible withdrawels and ended up in the ER. They are now being watched because they have given out too much narcotic medications!!! You wait forever, I have waited for atleast 30 minutes in the lobby and then for an hour in the room I actually stepped out to request if they forgot about me! They do not have answering machine so everytime I would try to call, I get a automated system that states this mailbox is full and it disconnects on you. The pharmacies in town have all said they have trouble with them. In my opinion they should be run out of town for thier lack of concern for the patients really thats what it is when they do not return calls and do not refill your medication and you end up in ER because they dropped the ball! HELLO! They are rude at times and show no empathy. I would not reccomend this office to anyone!

Xpress RediSetGo & GAIAM Co. – Fraud, slamming, overcharging
Fraud, slamming, and overcharging. 69.80 at the end of the order becomes 84.70 on your card. You do not get duplicate pans just one set. You get charged 9.95 for cook books you did not order. You get charged the 5.95 for Canada and non contiguous US even though you are in Cali. Your only point of contact is a cheesy Phillapine call center with an attitude. Who refuses to remove any of the bogus charges!
