I bought items from Small Volume 6 months ago. www.smallvolume.com is a scam. they do not have anything in stock but claim that they do. then when you pay they tell you that the items are no longer available and offer you alternatives. the alternatives they offer are rediculous copies of the items you requested. i have questioned for a refund and have not got a response, i have now emailed them around 40 times, the 1st 10 emails i got a response saying they are trying to get the CASH up to pay the refund but they have no intention on ever paying out. Now we have to place a court order in to get our CASH back and it will take time. DO NOT ORDER FROM SMALL VOLUME WWW.SMALLVOLUME.COM AS THEY ARE A FRAUD COMPANY. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD, SCAM SCAM SCAM. WWW.SMALL.VOLUME.COM IS SCAM. WARNING WARNING.
