We hired the company to clean our furniture. When they arrived first thing they did was try to upsell, we said no just clean the furniture. Supposedly it would only take an hour to dry, over nine hours later parts of it were still very wet. Now that it is dry there are spots everywhere, the front skirt on the sofa is ripped and the fabric smells horrible. They kept trying to upsell a deodorizer for another $120, I don't reckon a cleaner was even used. There were parts that looked like they had not even touched, I went over the spots with a can of cleaner and they came out. The upselling was ridiculous, they wanted to clean our carpet and we told them it was just done this month. the company is more about upselling than doing the JOB they were hired to do, it became very uncomfortable. Our furniture is ruined. We will have to pay another company to fix the mistake. We will never let anyone from Stanley Steemer back in our home.
