DISCOUNTBOOKS – charged $9.95

Ihave been charged 3 times for $9.95 for something I did not authorize nor wanted. this occured Dec. 6, 2010 and Jan 6, 2011 and now Feb. 7, 2011. How can this be stopped and cash returned? thanks, Carol
