Just Flowers.com – Horrible Service

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE the company! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I used the company to deliver flowers to a family member who had just came home from the hospital. I placed the order over the phone and was told what kind of flowers would be sent and additionally that I was paying for the delivery to be that same day. The flowers arrived at the end of the next day and it was not the arrangement I payed for. I called and spoke to many people and finally a "manager", if you can call him that. He should've had the title "JACKASS"! I requested that at least half of my cash be refunded to me, because it was the wrong order and it was a day late being delivered. He offered to give me a $10.00 credit on another order. I mean did he really think I was going to use them again? To make matters worse, he was extremley rude! I went back and forth with these idiots and got no where. So I called the florist that actually made and delivered the arrangement. When she looked at my order, she immediatley said, "Oh the company...I constantly have problems with". She told me Just Flowers told her to make the arrangement for 30.00...but they charged me over 50.00. She told them she would not be capable to give that kind of quality for that amount, and they said ok! AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORST, THEY DIDN'T CALL THE ORDER IN UNTIL SUNDAY! I PAID FOR THE ARRANGEMENT TO BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE!!! I sent these flowers to someone who had just came home form the hospital and really wasnt capable to go through the process of returning the flowers...nor was I going to request her to do that! At the point that this company has made a BIG mistake, they should do the right thing for the customer at that point. No one at the place has a clue, and they all have no customer service. I have been on the phone with them numerous times and I am sick of the BS I'm getting from them. I tried called the number to the Owner listed: Nelson Garrett 310 446-6242, but it just rings! I will not stop until I get results! This is so horrible! I called my bank

carhop/UAC – lyin sacks of sh**

carhop and uac are a bunch of lying sacks of sh** they sold me a pos car in july of 2010 and it has been sitting since august with a blown motor that they refuse to replace i have called them numerous times and still no car i have a 3 year old to support i'm about to take the car back and park it inside their building because of all the things wrong with it

BBV Discount Books – unauthorized billings

I ordered 3 books "Letters to a Young Sister" in December as Christmas gifts, then I noticed several deductions from my account from BBV Discount Books. What's up with that? I did not expect any additional charges. BloomsToday – HORRIBLE!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! My husband did 2 orders for flowers to be delivered on V-day...One for me and one for his daughtyer in OH. Needless to say we didn't get our flowers as promised!!! After several phone calls later, 4 charges on his credit card and 3 days went by his daughter finally got her flowers but I still have no flowers! My suggestion to anyone thinking about ordering from here is DON'T...they scam and don't come thru with their promises! Now we have to wait 3-5 days for close to $300 dollars to be credited to his account! Please save yourself the headache and hassel and just go with someone local! Family owned and operated my ass!

Fed-pac.com/kit – Ripped Off

I ordered the free information with presumably a shipping cost of $1.97..My credit card was charged $2.01. $ cents who cares, but then they charged me $ 58.99. Then the email states that they don't send out the information anymore. What am I supposed to do with the access codes, I can't even get to a web site?

Eyemasters Eye Doctors – poor customer service

I ordered contacts lens back in December 2010. It's Feb 2011 and I have still not received them. I have called them several times regarding my contacts and all the female kept telling me was, "I don't know when our UPS guy will arrive and your contact lens should be here any day", really?!?!? I called for a second time and was told that they were on backorder. I called for a second time and now I'm being told that this company they get the lens from doesn't have the color I requested and that's why it's taking so long. At this point I have requested my $140 back and the female said, “I will have to get with the doctor. If I don't get my cash back, I'm going to take matters in my own hands. At this point they never have to worry about me ever going back to them. They lack professionalism, customer service, and integrity. This is absolutely ridiculous that it takes this long to get a product without any type of feedback. I’m very disgusted about this whole situation. I work with computers every day and I’m hurting my eyesight even worse because I don’t have my contacts and my old prescription glasses don’t work for me.

THIS BITCH THAT CALLS HERSELF MRS RODGERS HAS THE NERVE TO TALKING ABOUT SERMONS ABOUT LIFE. SOMETHING THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A PAYMENT PLAN THAT WE WANTED. WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS OPRAH/DR PHIL. SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE IF WE DON'T PAY OUR BILL WE ARE GOING TO HELL. Rooms to Go, Fort Worth – No receiving complete order

I ordered the NFL bed set from Rooms to Go, Dec 2010 and was told the Logo had to come separate and would be shipped to me via UPS in a few days. The bed in the store has the logo on the footboard and the headboard. Well, when I received the Logo, it was only the headboard one, so I called the store. They 'ordered' the footboard logo, but because it was Christmas time it would not arrive until January. Ok, now on January 27th, I still havenot received the Logo, now Rooms to Go says my order was cancelled. They keep telling me they will call me back in hopes I will forget my order was never fulfilled. I don't see the logo everytime I go into my son's room. I am totally pissed with Rooms to Go, and NEVER want to do business for a second time with them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOESNOT FULFILL YOUR ORDERS!!!

schwinn bicycle – horrible customer service

I had bought a bike from your company 5 mo. ago. The shocks came right apart from the bike itself from just regular street riding.I fell hard to the ground.I took the bike back to Preston Crossing branch and talked to the manager [Adam]about the situation and he had told me "there was nothing that he could do sorry".I use this bike to get to and from work.I have no other mode of transportation.I am quite disappointed with that type of customer service.Me and my family spend thousands of DOLLARS a year at your company.After this, me nor my family will spend any CASH at your stores again.

IRS – Refund

My husband died in 97 and In August 09 I refinanced my home in my name, previously it was in my husbands name, he was the primary borrower and I was the co-borrower. I applied for the tax incentive refund and after being jerked around and lied to numerous times and sending my information in in triplicate 5 seperate times I am still waiting. the last 3 times I got smart and sent it registered. Every time they, tell me a different lie and tell me I have to wait 45-90 days. The IRS is full of it, they reckon I will just roll over and forget it. I don't care if it takes 20 years I am going to keep persuing it.

SinglesNet – Won't Refund cash

I contacted them via email a couple of times to cancel…stating that as listed date within their 30 cancellation period and just kept getting emails responses to call. Finally, got around to calling and they said there was nothing I could do to get my CASH back, even though they acknowledged that I'd emailed them wanting to cancel prior to the cancellation date. Rip-off…service didn't deliver anything worthwhile for the 2 weeks I used the service.
