I just checked my checking account and found that a $1000 has been taken from my savings account. Feb 17th I recieved a call from the company to recheck my computer. I had this done about a month ago. He asked if I recieved my $35 back from before and I told him no. He took control of my computer and went to the Western Union site and said that was how I was going to get my cash back. I had 6 things on my statement. I called Western Union and they told me I would get some cash back, which I did get $300. She said the two withdrawals of $500 each was already paid out and I would not get that back.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE BEEN GYPED OUT OF TOKENS. THE FIRST TIME IT WAS 500 TOKENS AND TODAY IT WAS 100. I WAITED BOTH TIMES THINKING IT WOULD BE CREDITED LATER BUT THEY WERE NOT. I KNOW THIS IS A SIMPLE COMPLAINT BUT IT SHOULD NOT SAY THEY HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN THEY HAVE NOT. BOTH TIMES I SPUN THE WHEEL AND NEITHER TIME WERE THE TOKENS CREDITED.

Acai Sculptand Acai Trim are a SCAM!! I ordered the FREE trial for $2.00 S&H called the next day to cancel.. $139.62 was taken out of my bank account. their cust. serv. said"we DO NOT MAKE REFUNDS AND A SUPERVISOR WILL NOT TAKE THIS CALL." the phone number on the bottle does not work. my bank is processing an investigation and will put the cash back into my account until it is setttledI I will NEVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE AGAIN

I received a letter of Final Notice (I have never received any notices) that I owe the company $250.00. I have no knowledge of joining this group nor have I received any information giving me the details of the services they offer. I have tried to call and I keep getting cut off. I tried the e-mail address:www.localsavingsclub.com and cannot find it on-line. They threaten collection procedures and want their CASH now. Company advertises on internet get free credit report from 3 different companies. Fill out form and after you start filling out the form and reckon you have completed it they request for a credit card for $!.00 fee for handling which will be refunded to you. After you give them your credit card numer then you are told that you have a l year membership in theirCreditScoreComplete club for $29.95. You have 7 days to call and cancel or they will continue to charge you unless you call every month to cancel. This is not only fraudulent but it is a scam to entice people to get their credit card numbers and count on the fact that you will forget to call. This should be taken off the internet and they should have to return every dime they have extorted from people. I bought windows from Evans Glass, they were installed 8-13-2010. The problem is the contract was not honored in full. I was to receive full attic insulation and receive a Char Broil 3 burner grill. I was in contact with Peter Walbrun at least eight times. The last time we spoke was 8-27-2010, he assured me everything was in the works and doing fine. I learned, in the meantime, that Evans Windows has gone out of business. Is there any recourse for me? I would appreciate any help you can offer.
