I purchased my laptop at greatest Buy with the extra protection plan and the extra spyware protection program. All of this made the purchase up to a thousand dollars. Now that I have a computer virus, I'm being told by the store that all of the protection and product coverage doesn't cover the charge to clean away the virus and I'm now I'm being charged an extra hundred dollars. I feel like I'm being ripped off by greatest Buy. They only care about getting cash while giving limited services or coverage that is very limited. I'm getting another laptop for my son, but I won't buy it at greatest Buy!!

I ordered a Acer Laptop computer for my wife while we are in Hawaii on a job assignment. The flex pay option was a great deal on a nice second laptop. I got a conformation email and thought everything was great right? Wrong, the email said nothing of a "verification" phone call, and with my message package full, they held up the shipment. Fine, I contacted them through live chat and they tell me to call a verification toll free number. Called the number while chatting and during business hours, and get the message that they are closed. The live operator is stunned and tells me to leave a message and I do. Next day I get up and call them. They say they have cancelled the order because they couldn't contact me (tried once) because the order was going to a different mailing address and it was over 48 hours from the order date. I say fine can I just re-order, she says "No!" it's sold out. I tell her I called during business hours yesterday and you were closed, she says "yes, there was a meeting, you should of left a message because we check for them". I said I did and she basically called me a liar. As I left the message the day before I additionally sent them a email which was the same conformation email they sent me stating that there was not another requirement for me to do in order to get the computer, and they never even bothered to return my email. I am done with them. All because of their meeting during business hours I lose out on a computer. How can a business the size of HSN have a meeting and shut down a department during the business day? Then call me a liar about leaving a message. You can't lie about that, it is recorded. I'll spend my cash elsewhere.

Wyndham is the biggest scam ever. We bought approximately 50o, 000 points a few years ago. I say approximately because of the breakdown of the points into even years and odd years. We thought we were getting a good deal in the beginning because we could exchange our points to RCI. The first three years it worked out nicely by going through RCI. We could get a week for 105, 000 points at a beautiful condo and therefore use four weeks every year equaling 420, 000 points. As of this year they have worked out something with RCI that now, to get a 1 bedroom unit it takes 144, 000 points and if you want a 2 bedroom unit it is 224000 points through RCI. They are now taking way more points than what was originally agreed to. To make matters worse for our maintenance fee's, have increased from $235 US per month to $285 US per month for 2011. When you deal with Wyndham, they make all kinds of promises and the paper work is overwhelming. In the fine print it basically says they can change the terms of the agreement whenever they want. So BEWARE, what you think you are getting in the beginning will change!!! Yes the condo's we have been in are beautiful but in the end it will cost you more and more with their increase in maintenance fee's and the increase in points needed to get your weeks. We new that the maintenance fee's would increase but had no idea the they would change the point system so that you would need more and more points to get a week.

GROUNDBREAKING NEW HOME, LOOKS LIKE A HOME FROM OTHER BUILDERS AT ONE-THIRD THE PRICE, WILL SELL AND TAKE THE HIT. This house, expensive, should be built to be proud of but I won't stay there or allow my family for safety reasons.in my opinion, this house was built to make this company CASH and couldn't care about the consumer or the quality of the product. Over the weekend I WILL PLACE A FOR SALE SIGN up, will inform anyone interested in the house concerning my issues with the house, and offer them the home for$200, 000 which I PAID #300, 000 in November of 2010.

We bought a 3-door Sears Kenmore Elite w/bottom freezer w/ in- door icemaker&water dispenser on May 31, 2010. This was a new 2010 model. In the middle of Nov. 2010 we smelled a terrible odor coming from the back of the unit when it was running & the fan was on. After a week or two of it smelling, we called Sears repair to have them check it out. Before the repairman could get here, it stopped smelling, so we cancelled the service call. Well, a few weeks later it started to smell again, not as strong this time. It would come and go. We called Sears repair for a second time and they came to look at it 1/18/11. It was not smelling at the time. They removed the back motor cover, everything was clean. No determination for what it was. Again this morning, 1/23/11, we wake up to a terrible odor again. Smelling up the whole kitchen!! Once for a second time we have an appointment for service on 1/25/11. Does anyone know what this could be?? It smells dreadful!!

I bought a extended warranty over a year, I have a total of 1, 200-1, 400 that I have spend on it and they are still debiting my account that I have, which is now cancelled . At this point they unreachable and are not taking care of any claims. I read in several places that this business is a SCAM. I am a single mom with 5 adopted kids and I really need to recoupe this CASH. Please help me… Thank you Tori Mayers 209-599-1518

We recently brought our 2004 Toyota Camry to Tri State Toyota in Dudley, Ma for a repair to a hurt moon roof in their service department. They did a complete (and really under the ridiculous original estimate) repair in a timely fashion. When we picked up the vehicle, the next day my wife noticed that something had been oversprayed or left on the console which left white spots/blotches all over the center dash radio/console and additionally the air bag deployed dash warning lights were on. Neither of these conditions existed when the vehicle was brought to them. We arranged a review of these items, brought the car back and were promptly told they did not cause the blotches and could, with a 99 Dollar "diagnostic" fee, turnoff the air bag lights as "obviously" there was no hurt to the car or reason for the air bag warning lights to be on! Really? No kidding! That's why we brought it back! Upon our refusal to pay additional CASH to right their hurt we were told there was nothing else that could be done… Yes they did the originalrepair, but what ever happened to the days when a service company really cared about ther product they maintained? the company seemed far more concerned with their bottom line and denied the hurt they caused. Do not trust these people.
