As you can see by the numerious complaints there is no need to say much more. I just realized that for the last several months, this Co. has been taken $9.95 out of my account. I have contacted the BBB in Boca Raton. I do not remember when I order any books from this scam company. I do know that they should be shut down. I am out of work in the northeast, (21 degrees) while this person or person's are sunning themselves in Florida on our cash. Before you buy a book on line check out this company.

My brother died suddenly the week of the seminar. I was supposed to get a reschedule for the seminar. They took the cash and I never heard back. I called numerous times to reschedule. No response. I never even received the mp3 player for the free gift. I guess I should rejoice from what I have read that was done to partipants who made it and got ripped off. I wouldn't recommend any attend even the free seminar. We all are looking for opportunities but not opportunites to be made fools of. the company only exists to make cash not to help any one!

Worse customer service ever, never have been treated so bad by reps even the supervisors, wrong information was disclosed to me on 6 different times that i called in and to hear that i should be the one keeping track, really??? there the credit card company not me, this is why i called in i rely on information provided to me from this company's employees, but after talking to one of the supervisors i realized that AMERICAN EXPRESS DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS, especially when mistakes are made and the employees refuse to accept it and fix the situation, never will i use American Express credit cards, i closed my account.
