I took my 84 year old mother out for lunch on 2-15-11. While walking behind her, I noticed that her shoes looked odd when she moved her feet. After sitting down, we realized that the stitching of the leather on both shoes had totally separated from the sole of the shoe! Thank goodness she didn't fall.She was embarrassed and scared. I had to drive her back home so she could change shoes. She doesn't recall where or when she bought her Clarks shoes but the condition of the bottom sole of the shoe was excellent. She has been a loyal customer of the company for many years. How can she get these replaced without the expense of shipping?
