On 5/30/2011, I bought for $39.90 a program that would update all the drivers on my computer. It promised a quick download with satisfaction guaranteed. After nearly 15 hours of downloading there was still approx. 15 more hours before the download would be complete. have found that the product does small to stop malware etc. from getting on system. they do have a support number and they will direct you to a customer rep which will log call and “transfer” to a tech to take care of the problem – the tech(s) that i was connected to just sat on my call until I raised hell to get some service. Do not buy cleanmypc, speedupmypc, cyberdefender as imho it is a coplete scam / ripoff.

Buy from this outfit at your risk. I’ve owned their OBD diagnotic ProScan since 2006, but when I got my new HP laptop, it didn’t have 9 pin serial ports…just USB, and the ProScan doesn’t ‘see’ the connection on the USB port, although this works fine with other OBD diagnostic programs. Gore has not offered any support for this, had ignored my emails, and really accused me of pirating their software even though I sent them a copy of my receipt. Don’t buy their products…sooner or later you’ll be sorry.
