Their delivery service/customer service is careless and extremely inefficient. We’ve recieved an email from PB back in March 2011 indicating that our sofa was shipped; i had waited for about 2 weeks and when no one called, placed a call to PB cust. service to inquire about the delivery. worst site I ever had. you should never try this. the stuff named Chloe Dias &Verena Englisch are so terrible. they use your credit card while you don’t know. they overcharge. don’t tell them your credit card number. If you already order, you must cancel it as soon aspossible!!

Hello, I’ve additionally had the unfortunate thought of the site www.sistemidiluce.it unfortunate.
After nearly 3 months of waiting and countless reminders via telephone and email, I chose to make a complaint for fraud to these gentlemen.
These gentlemen are not authorized dealers and authorized by the brands that show and additionally have lawsuits pending with the manufacturers of light fixtures.
If you do not believe us try to read the reviews on the Internet on these gentlemen.
