I have similar complaint. I bought a Severin Mixer, Model KM3882, in May 2010. After a few uses, it stopped working. I took it back to the shop where I nought it, Chiangmai Bakermart, on December 2010. They refuse to repair under the manufacturer’s Warranty, stating that the machine was abused — which is an outright lie. Here it is in August 2011, and it is still sitting in Severin’s repair facility in Bangkok. Numerous emails to Severin in Thailand and to the home office in Germany have resulted in nothing but silence from them. What a piece of junk!!
