I have been dial direct customer for 3 and a half year with no claims. On 5 january 2011 i received a letter stating that they did not recieve payment from my bank – they claim that i had closed the account.

I transfered funds into the account and questioned them to deduct the payment. no response from them

i then received letter on 19 jan stating that my policy has been cancelled and i will lose my buck back bonus of R4500-00 .

my laywer suggested i get a copy of my contract . i ecalled and e-mailed several times but …

About a month and a half ago I changed my daughters contract from a call 100 to top up 100. It took 3 faxes and then going into a store to get that done.

I have recently on the beginning of april 2010 given notice of my intentions to vacate the premesis a month later(months notice).

Dermitage is a horrible company! They use fake and misleading advertising to steal CASH from consumers.

I applied for a personal loan online (because I was told it should be simpler and quicker).

They give a presentation that sounds attractive but they mislead you.

I have started getting e-mails send from the company. when you click on the link to remove you from their list you do not receive mails for that specific subkject any more but they then send you mails containing content of other specials, promotions etc.

I bought Registry Mechanic Online on 6 October 2009 because I was offered a 10% discount by PCTools. The discount was, but, not given when I went to the checkout and my credit card was debited with the full amount. No response was given to my several queries.
