This complaint has been resolved.

In reality Bob Boyce is just emotionally hurt and is running a one sided
campaign to discredit Bob Potchen and The Cell regardless of the facts that
other dealers and I have found in our tests.

One fact should stick out at you: Bob Boyce has no new unit to test and he
never has. I have one in my shop right now putting out more gas than the ancient
with no foam or contamination whatsoever.

Potchen is not perfect either but not even a tenth of what Boyce is saying is
