My wife and I were given a $200 gift certificate to Binkleys restaurant in Cave Creek Arizona. Over the course of a year we were unable to make a reservation as the place is often booked and with two small kids with varying schedules and a heavy travel diary advance plotting is hard.

Today we finally got a reservation only to have the manage tell us they would not longer honor the certificate as it was two months over due.
