My wallet was stolen from me on 10/2005 where my IDs and social security cards were enclosed. Conedison is charging me for an account someone open under my name at an address that I have never live at. Consequently, my first bill with conEdison is of an ammount of $526.38 How do I stop from getting charged for something I do not owe??
